Booking in is easy...

We have taken a great deal of time to ensure our booking process is easy and seamless. There are a great deal of variables to consider when booking our valued clients in for a lesson including rider experience, confidence levels, goals of the rider, availability of both the rider and allocated horse and the list goes on.

We ask that the information and forms be carefully read through and filled out to the best of your knowledge so we can provide the best possible experience for you.

Due to the time and cost involved in running a quality riding establishment we require payment at the time of booking. We try to make this as easy as possible by providing a wide variety of payment options to all of our customers.

All of the forms you need are located on this page and will be directly forwarded onto us to at the riding school.

Bookings and cancellations:

Lesson Cancellation Policy for Term Bookings – A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel your lesson. Where possible we will schedule a make-up lesson upon receiving 24 hours notice.

If notice is less than 24 hours, Amadeus Park reserves the right to not offer a make-up lesson unless a medical certificate is provided. Not showing up for a lesson, with little or no prior notice, is considered forfeiting the lesson and you will be charged in full for that lesson with no make-up lesson available. All make-up lessons must be taken within the term.

Cancellation of Term Bookings – All term bookings are required to be paid for in full prior to the first lesson of term. A full refund of your remaining term booking will only be issued upon receipt of a Medical Certificate. Cancellations for any other reason will require a minimum of two weeks notice. Amadeus Park reserves the right to retain up to 75% of paid fees upon cancellation of the remaining term booking.

Casual Lesson Cancellation Policy – We request that for any reason (other than medical) casual riders must give a minimum of 24 hours notice should they be unable to attend their lesson.  Amadeus Park will organise an alternative time for that lesson.  If, for whatever reason you have not paid for your lesson in advance you will still be invoiced for the lesson should you give less than 24 hours notice.

Inclement Weather/Unforeseen circumstances – Amadeus Park reserves the right to cancel lessons for any reason deemed necessary. If lessons are cancelled due to weather related issues or scheduling conflicts at the Riding School, clients will receive credit for that lesson until a suitable replacement lesson can be scheduled.

In the event no suitable replacement lesson can be scheduled within that term, a refund will be issued. Please note that lessons do take place in the rain. Generally only severe weather extremes and storms will result in cancellation of lessons.
